Terms and privacy

The rules for buying a name from us, and how we handle your information, in plain language.

Terms of saleFinal salePayment plansScams & safetyWhat we don’t coverUsing this siteServices & new namesSectorsProhibited usesProtect yourselfLabels & badgesSelling to usPrivacy policyAI scamsCookies

The short version

  • We sell names we own. Last Founder is a reseller, not a broker and not a registrar.
  • Pay only on your private deal page, ideally through escrow. We never ask for passwords, codes, upfront fees or payment through chat apps.
  • A completed sale is final. Check trademarks, your planned use and the rules for your sector before you buy.
  • No promises about results. We never promise traffic, ranking, resale value or profit from any name.
  • Your information is not sold. No advertising, no third-party trackers. The tables below list everything we collect and who receives it.
  • These terms cover every name, extension, sector and service we offer now or add later, as explained in sections 14 to 24.

Terms of sale

1. Who we are, and what Last Founder actually does

This website is run by Last Founder. "We" means this business. "You" means anyone browsing, making an offer or buying a name. By making an offer or a payment, you agree to these terms.

Last Founder is a domain name reseller. We find names we think are good, buy them from registrars and domain marketplaces with our own money, and offer them for sale here at our own price. That price is set by us and is normally higher than what we paid, which is how the business makes a living. We do not disclose what we paid for a name, and we are under no obligation to.

  • We sell only names we own. We are not a broker acting for someone else, and we are not a registrar.
  • A name's price reflects what we think it is worth to a buyer. It is not an appraisal, a valuation, or a statement of what anyone else would pay.
  • You are never obliged to buy. Compare, negotiate, or walk away at any point before payment.

2. Listings and prices

  • Every listed name is owned by us, and ownership is verified before it is shown.
  • Prices are set and settled in US dollars. That is the official price. Amounts shown in other currencies are a guide only, based on daily exchange rates, and can change from day to day. When we agree a price with you, the amount in rupees (or another currency we offer) is fixed on your deal page for the number of days shown there. If you pay after that date, the amount is recalculated and you will be told.
  • Prices exclude tax unless your deal page shows otherwise. Where we are required to charge a sales tax such as GST or VAT, it is added on your deal page, based on the billing country you give, before you pay.
  • The listed price is the price of the name. Escrow fees are split equally between buyer and seller and shown by the escrow provider before you pay.
  • We may change a price or remove a name at any time until a sale is agreed in writing or paid for.

3. Offers

  • An offer is an invitation to talk. A sale is agreed only when both sides accept a price on your private deal page, or in writing.
  • We may accept, decline or counter any offer, and you may accept, counter or decline our counter-offer. Each new offer replaces the previous one.
  • An agreed price must be paid within 7 days, or the deal lapses.
  • We reply to every offer personally. We are not obliged to accept any offer.
  • Your private deal link works like a key: anyone who has it can see and answer the deal, so keep it private.

Domain swaps

  • A swap offer proposes one of your domains, with or without cash, in exchange for one of ours. You confirm you own the domain you offer and have the right to transfer it.
  • Agreed swaps are completed through escrow so that neither side transfers first.

Cart and bundles

  • Your cart is stored only on your own device. Prices are checked again when we receive your request; the price on your deal page is the one that counts.

4. Payment

  • Escrow (recommended): you pay Escrow.com, which holds the money until the domain is in your account.
  • Private deal (direct payment): you may choose to pay Last Founder directly by bank transfer, UPI, PayPal or Wise instead of escrow. Direct payments are not protected by escrow. Payment details are shown only on your private deal page after a price is agreed, always in our business name. Never pay to details sent any other way.
  • Payment plans always run through escrow.
  • After payment is confirmed, you receive a bill by email.

5. Transfer

  • We start the transfer within 2 business days of your payment being confirmed (by escrow, or by us for direct payments).
  • You need an account at a domain registrar and must accept the transfer when asked.
  • Registry rules may lock a name for a period after a recent registration or transfer; we will tell you before you pay if that applies.
  • The sale is complete when the name is in your account and you confirm it (to escrow, or on your deal page for direct payments). If you don't confirm within 5 days of a successful transfer and haven't reported a problem, we may mark the sale complete.

5a. Final sale: please read before you pay

Every purchase on Last Founder is a single, one-time transaction. Once a sale is complete:

  1. No returns. A transferred domain cannot be sent back for a refund.
  2. No exchanges. A completed purchase cannot be swapped for a different name, a different extension or store credit.
  3. No re-negotiation. The agreed price is final. A completed deal page is locked and cannot be reopened, countered or changed.
  4. No cancellations after payment except where we cannot deliver the name (see section 9) or where the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be excluded.
  5. Want another name? That's a new purchase, with its own deal page and its own price.

You confirm that you have read this when you send a request, accept a price, mark a payment as sent, and confirm you received the name. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Payment plans

  • A plan starts with a first payment of 20% and continues with fixed monthly payments through escrow.
  • The name stays registered to us until the final payment, then it is transferred to you.
  • If a payment is more than 15 days late, the plan may be cancelled. The exact treatment of payments already made is set out in your plan agreement before you start.
  • You may pay off the remaining balance early at any time with no penalty.

7. Our promises

  • We own the name and have the right to sell it, and it is not promised to anyone else when you pay.
  • We will never ask for your passwords, registrar login or an "appraisal fee".
  • We do not promise any amount of traffic, search ranking, resale value or business result from a name.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Name ideas from the Name Studio are suggestions only. We don't promise they are available or free of trademarks; please check before you use one. On the results for names we own, the "Looks free" and "Taken" labels come from the official domain registries at the moment you look, and can change at any time. Names made in the Studio are not checked at all.
  • Use the name lawfully. You are responsible for checking that your planned use does not infringe anyone's trademark where you operate.
  • Do not use bots or automated tools to submit forms, copy listings, or interfere with the website.

9. Refunds, liability and law

  • If we cannot complete the transfer, escrow returns your payment under its own rules; for direct payments, we refund you in full to the account you paid from. Once the name is in your account and confirmed, the sale is final (see Final sale).
  • Chargebacks or payment reversals on a completed sale are treated as non-payment. We may contest them and ask the registrar to return the name.
  • Founder Assist guides and Domain Assets articles are general information, not legal, financial or investment advice. Domain values can go down as well as up.
  • Our total liability for any sale, however it arises, is limited to the amount you paid us for that name. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost customers, lost data, rebranding costs or business interruption.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them; the version in force when you paid applies to your purchase.

10. Scams, impersonation and your safety

Domain sales attract fraud. These rules never change, and anything that breaks one of them is not us:

  • We will never ask for your password, your registrar login, a one-time code, or remote access to your computer. Not by email, not by phone, not by any chat app. Nobody from Last Founder needs them, ever.
  • We will never ask for an "appraisal fee", a "release fee", a "transfer tax" or any payment before a sale is agreed on your own private deal page.
  • Payment details appear in one place only: your private deal page on this website, after a price is agreed. If payment details reach you any other way, including an email that looks like ours, stop and check with us first using the address on this page.
  • We will never pressure you to hurry. Urgency is a tool used by fraudsters, not by us. Take as long as you need.
  • We will never ask you to pay by gift card, cash or cryptocurrency, or to a personal account. Direct payment details are always in our business name, and escrow is held by the escrow provider.
  • We do not use WhatsApp, SMS or any messaging app for business. Anyone contacting you there claiming to be Last Founder is not us.
  • If you think someone is impersonating Last Founder, tell us at the contact form on our homepage. We cannot stop every imitator, but we can warn other buyers.

If you ignore these warnings and send money or credentials to someone who is not us, we cannot recover it and we are not responsible for the loss. This is the main reason escrow exists and why we recommend it.

11. Your account

  • An account is optional. You can buy without one.
  • We never store your password. We store a one-way scramble of it, which cannot be turned back into your password by us or by anyone who obtained our data.
  • Keep your password to yourself and do not reuse it on other websites. You are responsible for what happens through your account while you are signed in.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into your account, and change your password.
  • We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, or attacks on this website.
  • You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons stay for as long as the law requires.

12. What we are not responsible for

We are responsible for owning the name we sell you, for transferring it to you, and for being honest about it. We are not responsible for:

  • What you do with the name afterwards. Once it is yours, the website, business, content and conduct on it are entirely yours. If it is used for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful after transfer, that is not our act and not our liability.
  • Trademark and naming disputes. A domain name is not a trademark. Checking that your planned use does not clash with someone's trademark, in every country where you will trade, is your job and must be done before you buy. We provide free tools to help you check; using them is your decision and the result is your responsibility.
  • Business results. We never promise traffic, search ranking, customers, revenue, resale value or any profit from a name. Names can lose value, and many never resell at all.
  • Registry and registrar decisions. Transfer times, country rules, eligibility requirements, renewal prices and suspensions are set by the registry and your registrar, not by us.
  • Renewals after transfer. Once a name is yours, keeping it registered and paying renewals is yours to manage. A name that expires because it was not renewed can be lost permanently.
  • Other websites. We link to independent services such as registries, registrars, trademark offices and archives, so you can check things yourself. We do not control them, do not profit from them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
  • Your taxes. How a purchase is treated in your own accounts is between you and your accountant.
  • Losses caused by someone impersonating us, where you did not follow the safety rules in section 10.

Nothing here removes a right you have by law that cannot be removed by agreement, or excuses us for our own fraud.

13. Using this site: suggestions, spotlight and AI assistants

  • "Best for" lines are our own short notes on what kind of business a name may suit. They are suggestions to help you browse, not advice, and not a promise that a name will work for your plans.
  • The spotlight on our homepage shows one name at a time and moves to the next every 30 minutes, following the clock. Being in the spotlight is not a price change, an endorsement of value or a reason to hurry: a name's own page always shows its current price and whether it is still available.
  • Browse tools such as filters, compare (up to three names), shortlist and the cards or list view are there to help you choose. Your cards or list choice is kept in your browser only.
  • Name Studio matches your idea to names we own inside your own browser. Matching is a guide; it does not reserve a name, and a name can sell while you decide.
  • AI assistants and other tools. We publish a plain list of the names we sell, with prices and "best for" notes, at /names.json and /llms.txt, so assistants and search engines can read it. It holds only what is already public on each name's page. If an assistant recommends one of our names, the recommendation is the assistant's own: check the name's page for the current price and availability before you rely on it. We do not control what an assistant says.
  • Domain Assets guides, the name signal checker and the sales shown there are general information. The checker looks only at the shape of a name (length, ending, spelling, ease of saying). It is not an appraisal and is never a price.

14. Our services, and services we add later

These terms apply to everything we offer on this website, now and in future. Today that includes: names for sale (buy now, offers, swaps, carts and payment plans), Name Studio and Founder Intelligence, name requests and "sell your name to us" enquiries, Founder Assist and Domain Doctor, Domain Assets guides and tools, name alerts, free accounts, the LF Story, and the plain-text lists for assistants.

  • We may add, change, pause or withdraw any service, tool, name, extension or sector at any time. A new service starts under these terms. If it needs extra terms (for example a new way to pay, or a service that collects new information), we publish them on this page or on the service itself, with the date, before you can use it, and you are asked to agree before you pay.
  • Whether a service is free or paid is always stated clearly before you commit. We do not charge for anything not shown to you first.
  • The terms in force on the day you pay, or on the day you start using a service, are the ones that apply to that purchase or use. A later change does not alter a sale already agreed.
  • A new or upcoming service shown on this website is an announcement, not a promise that it will launch, launch by a certain date or stay available.

15. Names, extensions and upcoming names

  • Every name, whatever its extension. These terms apply the same way to every name we sell, whether it ends in .com, .in, .ai, .xyz or any other extension we add, and whatever business sector it is described as suiting.
  • Upcoming and "coming soon" names. Where we mention a name we are about to list, or a sector we are about to cover, that is not an offer. We sell only a name we already own, and only when its own page shows it for sale at a price. You cannot reserve, hold or buy a name that is not yet listed, and we do not accept payment for one.
  • Names that sell or change. A name can be sold, withdrawn or re-priced at any time before a sale is agreed. Seeing a name in a cart, a shortlist, an alert, a spotlight or an assistant's answer does not reserve it.
  • Sector and "best for" labels describe who a name may suit. They are our opinion, not a guarantee of fit, demand or legality for your business.
  • Extension rules. Each extension has its own registry rules on who may hold it, how long transfers take and what it costs to renew. Those rules belong to the registry and can change. We tell you what we know before you pay, but the registry's rules decide.
  • New and unusual extensions. Some extensions are newer, smaller or restricted, and can be harder to resell, harder to renew cheaply or blocked by some email providers and networks. Check this before you buy.

16. Regulated and sensitive sectors

A domain name does not give you the right to do business in any sector. Owning a name that contains a word such as "bank", "insurance", "pharmacy", "clinic", "law", "invest", "crypto", "loan" or "casino" does not license, authorise or approve you to offer that service, and it does not prove to anyone that you are authorised.

  • Finance, banking, insurance, investing, crypto, health, medicine, law, education, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, adult content, children's services, government and similar sectors are often regulated. You are responsible for every licence, registration and rule that applies to your planned use, in every country where you operate.
  • Some words and extensions are restricted by law or by the registry, and some require proof of eligibility. We may not know your planned use, so you must check before buying.
  • We do not provide legal, regulatory, tax, medical, financial or investment advice, and nothing on this website, including a sector label, a guide or an assistant's answer, is such advice.
  • We may decline to sell a name for a use that would break the law, mislead the public or imitate a regulated body, and we may ask what you plan to do with a name before agreeing a sale.

17. Prohibited uses and our right to refuse a sale

You must not buy, or use a name bought from us, to:

  • commit fraud, impersonate a person, bank, government, brand or Last Founder, or run phishing, "refund", fake-support or investment scams;
  • spread malware, run spam, or take part in any other attack on people or computers;
  • sell counterfeit or illegal goods or services, or publish unlawful, abusive or exploitative content;
  • infringe a trademark or other right, or squat on a name in bad faith to extract money from its rightful owner;
  • break sanctions, export-control or anti-money-laundering rules that apply to you or to us.
  • We may refuse, pause or cancel a sale before the name is transferred if we reasonably suspect fraud, a prohibited use, a sanctions problem, a stolen or unverified payment, or false information. We return what you paid, as set out in section 9.
  • We may ask for reasonable proof of who you are, who owns the account or business, or where the money comes from, especially for larger deals. We may delay a transfer until this is done. We ask only for what is needed, and tell you why.
  • We may report suspected crime, and respond to lawful requests from courts, regulators, registries, registrars and escrow providers.
  • If a name is misused after transfer, registries, registrars and courts can act against it. That is outside our control and not our liability (section 12).

18. How to protect yourself, whoever you buy from

These steps help you stay safe when buying any domain name, not only from us:

  • Check the address. Our website is only lastfounder.com. Look for look-alike spellings, extra words and other endings before you click or type anything.
  • Pay only through escrow or on your deal page. Never pay to details that reached you by chat, text, social media, a phone call or an email you did not expect. Never pay in gift cards, cash or cryptocurrency to anyone claiming to sell you a domain.
  • Keep your credentials private. A registrar will never need your password or a one-time code from a buyer or seller. Do not give remote access to your computer or phone to anyone.
  • Slow down. Pressure to decide quickly, "another buyer is waiting", a price that changes by message, or a request to keep the deal secret are warning signs.
  • Check the name yourself. Look up its registration record, its history, trademarks in your market and any rules for its extension, using the free tools we link to.
  • After the transfer, turn on auto-renew, the registrar lock and two-step login, and keep a working payment card on file so the name cannot lapse.
  • Watch for AI scams. Fake voices, videos, chatbots and AI agents can now copy any business convincingly. See AI and AI-agent scams for the warning signs and what to do.
  • If something feels wrong, stop, do not pay, and contact us at the address on this page. If you have already paid someone who is not us, contact your bank or payment provider at once and report it to your local cyber-crime authority.

19. Our website, content and intellectual property

  • The Last Founder name, logo, design, text, guides and tools belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to browse and to decide on a purchase, not to copy, resell, scrape or build a competing service from them.
  • Buying a domain name transfers the name's registration to you. It does not give you any trademark, copyright or design right, and it does not transfer any of our own brand, content or code.
  • You are responsible for what you send us (messages, offers, swap details). You confirm you have the right to send it and that it is true.

20. When the website or a service is unavailable

  • We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be, and tools such as lookups, checks and assistants depend on outside services that can be slow, wrong or offline.
  • Information from lookups, availability checks and assistants is a guide at the moment you look. A name's own page and your deal page are what count.
  • We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at a registry, registrar, escrow provider, bank or host, or a change in law, provided we tell you and continue as soon as we reasonably can.

21. Complaints and disputes

  • If something goes wrong, contact us first at the contact form on our homepage, with your reference number. We reply personally and try to put it right.
  • For a payment held by escrow, the escrow provider's own dispute process also applies.
  • Nothing here stops you using a right you have by law, including going to a court or a consumer authority where you live.

22. Changes to these terms, and if part of them is invalid

  • We may update these terms and the privacy policy when our services, the law or our practices change. The date at the end of this page shows the latest update. Material changes are shown clearly on this page before they apply to new purchases.
  • If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
  • These terms, together with your deal page and any plan agreement, are the whole agreement between you and us about a purchase.

23. Labels, tiers and badges on our names

  • Tiers such as "Founder's Pick", "Elite", "Legendary", "Unicorn" and "Premium" are our own way of grouping names by price and style. "Unicorn" is a nod to the word founders use for very large companies; it describes the ambition a name suits, not a value it has or will reach. They are not an independent rating, an appraisal or a promise that one name will do better than another.
  • "Ownership verified via DNS" means we proved control of the name by adding a check record to its DNS before listing it. It shows that we controlled the name when it was checked. It is not a guarantee about the name's history, trademarks or future value.
  • "One of one" and collection numbers say a simple fact: each domain name exists only once, and the number is its place in our own list. They are not a certificate, a security, a collectible token or a sign of value, and they do not give any right beyond ownership of the name itself once it is transferred to you.
  • Name cards and fact lines, such as letter counts, endings and "best for" notes, are written from facts about the name and our opinion of who it may suit. They are a guide, not advice.
  • Descriptions never promise results. No label, tier, card or description on this website means that a name will make a business succeed, grow or reach any value.

24. Selling a name to us, and name requests

  • If you offer us a name you own, we are under no obligation to reply with an offer or to buy it. Any purchase by us is agreed separately, in writing, with its own price and steps.
  • When you offer us a name, you confirm that you own it, have the right to sell it, and that it is not stolen, disputed or used for anything unlawful. We may ask for proof, and we may decline without giving a reason.
  • A name request (asking us to find a name) is free and is not an order. We may or may not find a suitable name, and any name we offer you is sold under these terms at its own price.
  • Never send us a password or registrar login when offering or requesting a name. If we agree to buy your name, the transfer is arranged through escrow or under our written agreement, and you never need to give anyone your registrar login.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to reply, sell and bill, and we never sell your information.

Who we share it with

These are all the other companies that receive information about visitors. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers, data brokers or anyone who wants to market to you, and we do not run advertising on this site.

WhoWhat they receiveWhen
Cloudflare (hosting, database, spam check, answers)Cloudflare runs this site and its database, so it handles everything you send us, including your connection details (such as your IP address) as any host does. It also creates the answers to idea descriptions and Assist questions. On pages with the spam check, your browser contacts Cloudflare directly (your IP address and browser details), and Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookieWhenever you use the site; the spam check only on pages with a form that uses it
Resend (email delivery)Your email address, your first name and the text of the email: confirmation codes, deal updates, password links, and the alert emails we send ourselvesWhen we email you
Escrow.com (escrow payment)What it needs to set up the transaction, typically your name, email address and country, the domain and the price. It then emails you itself, and its own privacy policy applies to what it holdsOnly if you pay by escrow
Google (sign-in)Your browser goes to Google's own sign-in page, so Google knows you are signing in to Last Founder. We receive your Google account number, email and name, never your Google password. No Google code is loaded anywhere else on this siteOnly if you choose "Continue with Google"
Have I Been Pwned (breached-password check)Only the first 5 characters of a scrambled (SHA-1) copy of the password you choose, sent from our server. That fragment matches hundreds of unrelated passwords, so neither your password nor your email address or connection is revealed to it. Our server compares the reply itselfOnly when you create an account or set a new password with an email address; never when you sign in
Frankfurter (exchange rates)Nothing about visitors. Our server asks it for the daily exchange rates; the request comes from our server, not your browserAbout once a day, whether or not anyone visits
Official domain registries, such as Verisign (.com), NIXI (.in), Google Registry, Identity Digital, CentralNic, Radix, GMO and Public Interest Registry, and IANA, which publishes the list of themOnly the domain names being checked, when you use the availability check or the registration lookup, or when we check suggested names. The request comes from our server, so your IP address and personal details are never passed on. IANA is asked for its public list once a day and receives nothing about youWhen a name is checked
Cloudflare public DNS and the registry of the domain you type, when you use Domain Doctor or the Domain Life ClockOnly the domain name you typed. The request comes from our server, so your IP address and personal details are not passed on. We do not save the domain you typeOnly when you press Check it or Show the clock
The domain registrarWhere to deliver the domain (the registrar, account name or email you gave us)When we transfer your domain
Your bank, UPI app, PayPal or WiseThe payment you make to us. They handle it under their own rulesOnly if you choose direct payment
Alert services the owner may switch on (Telegram, ntfy or a chat webhook)Short alerts to the owner about activity: normally the domain name, a price, a reference number and what happened. Never your name, email address or messagesOnly if the owner has set one up, when something happens
Other websites you choose to openShare buttons (WhatsApp, Telegram, X, LinkedIn, email) and links to lookups such as ICANN, trademark offices, Wikipedia and the Internet Archive open on their own sites. We send them nothing; their policies apply once you are thereOnly when you click
AuthoritiesWhat the law requiresOnly when the law requires it

Nothing else loads in your browser. While you browse, your browser talks only to lastfounder.com (apart from Cloudflare's spam check on forms, above). Our fonts, scripts and images are all served from our own site, with no Google Fonts, analytics, advertising or social-media code from other companies.

Security of your information

We keep what we hold on a database run by Cloudflare, limit who can open it to the owner, store passwords and codes only as one-way scrambles, and keep payment details visible only on your private deal page. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach of personal data affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires, and tell you what you should do.

Where your information is handled

Our host and some of the services above run computers in several countries, so your information may be processed outside India. We use these services only for the purposes listed in the tables, and we do not send your information to any country or company for advertising.

Children

This website is for adults. Buying a domain name is a contract, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Fraud prevention and legal duties

We use the information above to run the website, complete sales and prevent fraud and abuse, including checking that a payment and a person match, spotting repeated attempts and protecting other customers. We may keep or share records when a law, court, regulator, registry, registrar or escrow provider requires it, or to protect ourselves from a claim.

AI and AI-agent scams: how to stay safe

Fraudsters now use artificial intelligence to copy real businesses. A cloned voice, a video, a chatbot or a well-written email can look and sound exactly like us. How real something looks or sounds is not proof that it is from Last Founder.

What these scams look like

  • Fake assistants and chatbots on other websites, apps or social media that claim to be Last Founder, Domain Anime or Founder Assist, and ask for payment, a password, a one-time code or your registrar login.
  • Cloned voices and deepfake video, in a call, voice note or video meeting, claiming to be the owner and asking you to pay, change payment details or hurry.
  • AI-written emails and messages that copy our style, names and logo, often with a look-alike web address, a fake invoice or "updated bank details".
  • Fake "AI appraisals" and "AI valuations" that promise a high value for your name and then charge a fee to "list", "certify" or "release" it.
  • Attacks on your own AI agent. If you let an AI agent or browser assistant shop, email or pay for you, a fake page or hidden text can try to trick it into visiting a look-alike site, sharing your details or sending a payment.

Our own AI helpers, and their limits

  • Our only AI helpers are Domain Anime and Founder Assist, and they work only on lastfounder.com. We run no chatbot, voice line or AI agent anywhere else, and we have no app in any app store.
  • They only answer questions. They cannot take a payment, change a price, agree a sale, move a domain or see your deal page, and they never ask for passwords, codes, card numbers or payment.
  • Their answers are general information and can be wrong. The name's page, your deal page and these terms are what count.
  • Please do not type passwords, codes, card numbers, ID numbers or other private details into any question box, ours included. Questions are answered on the spot and not stored, as explained in the tables above.

Steps to keep yourself safe

  1. Start from the address yourself. Type lastfounder.com into your browser rather than following a link, a QR code or an assistant's suggestion.
  2. Check payment details only on your private deal page. If a voice, video, chatbot or email gives you different details or asks you to change them, stop. Do not pay.
  3. Confirm through a second route. Contact us using the address on this page, never using a phone number, link or reply address given in the suspicious message.
  4. Never share secrets. No one, human or AI, needs your password, one-time code, registrar login, card PIN or remote access to your device.
  5. Keep control of your own AI agent. Do not give it your registrar login, saved payment methods or the power to pay without your approval. Check every address it visits, and confirm any payment yourself on your deal page.
  6. Ignore urgency. "Pay in the next hour", "another buyer is waiting" or "keep this secret" are warning signs, however real the voice or face seems. We never pressure you.
  7. If you have already paid or shared something, contact your bank or payment provider at once, change your passwords and turn on two-step login at your registrar and email, report it to your local cyber-crime authority (in India, cybercrime.gov.in or the helpline 1930), and tell us so we can warn other buyers.

New services and your information

If we add a service that collects a new kind of information or shares it with a new company, we add it to the tables above and show the date at the end of this page before the service starts. We will not use information collected for one purpose for a different, unrelated purpose without telling you first and, where the law requires, asking your consent.

How long we keep it

Messages with no sale are deleted after 12 months. Sale records, bills and tax details are kept for as long as tax and company law requires. An account is kept until you ask us to delete it. Security logs and browser reports are kept for up to 45 days, and site activity with no personal details for up to 400 days, as shown in the table above.

Emails we send

We send emails you need for something you started: confirmation codes, deal updates, bills, password links and replies to your messages. We send new-name alerts only if you join the alert list, and you can leave it at any time by emailing us. We do not send advertising for other companies, and we never send emails that ask for passwords, codes or payment outside your deal page.

Your rights

You can ask to see a summary of your information, correct or complete it, delete it, or withdraw your consent, by contacting the contact form on our homepage. We reply within 7 days. Withdrawing consent does not undo what was lawfully done before, and we may still keep records the law requires.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may also name another person to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to act, and you can raise a complaint with us first. Complaints go to the contact form on our homepage, with the subject "Privacy complaint"; we acknowledge them and aim to resolve them within 7 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you live elsewhere, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you may have extra rights under your local privacy law; contact us and we will help you use them.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a few small settings on your own device, never for tracking: your currency choice, your cart, your preferred browse view (cards or list), names you save in Name Studio, whether you closed the helper, a count of your visits, and, until you close the tab, the pages you opened in it so the Back link works. Your currency is guessed from your device's time zone and language settings, never from tracking. When you sign in, a strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in (it holds only a random code, for up to 30 days, or until you sign out). When you open the payment details of a deal with the emailed code, a strictly necessary cookie remembers that for 8 hours (it holds only a random code). While you confirm your email or sign in with Google, a short-lived cookie remembers that step for up to 30 minutes (up to an hour for a purchase waiting for its code). The spam check on forms may use a strictly necessary cookie set by Cloudflare.

The parts people actually need

All of it matters, but if you only read a few things, read these.

    • A completed sale is final — no returns, exchanges or re-negotiation — except where we cannot deliver, or your local consumer law says otherwise.
    • Prices are set and settled in US dollars.
    • Trademark checking before you buy is your responsibility.
    • Payment details only ever appear on your private deal page.

    Safety rules that never change
    • We will never ask for your password, your registrar login, a one-time code, or remote access to your computer — not by email, not by phone, not by any chat app.
    • We will never ask you for a fee before a sale is agreed — no appraisal fee, no release fee, no transfer tax. (Escrow has its own fee, charged by the escrow provider and shown before you pay.)
    • Payment details appear on your private deal page and nowhere else. If they reach you any other way, including an email that looks like ours, stop and check with us first.
    • We will never pressure you to hurry. Urgency is a tool used by fraudsters, not by us. Take as long as you need.
    • We will never ask you to pay by gift card, cash or cryptocurrency, or to a personal account. Payments go to our business name or to escrow.
    • We do not use WhatsApp, SMS or any messaging app for business. Anyone who does is not us.
    • If someone is impersonating this site, tell us. We cannot stop every imitator, but we can warn other buyers.
